Spicy Seasoned Potatoes

Need a quick side dish for breakfast or lunch? Try this delicious recipe for spicy seasoned potatoes.

Wash and cut 8 – 10 small red potatoes into cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet, just below medium heat.

Add 1 tsp of Raphael’s Gourmet Bajan Seasoning and toss/mix with potatoes. 

Season with:
– 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
– 1/2 tsp Dill Weed
– 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Stir potato cubes until evenly coated with seasoning mix. Cover skillet for 5 mins to allow potatoes to steam and soften. Remove cover, tossing potatoes often, and cook until golden brown. Garnish with shredded cheese and green onions.

Try with a side of Raphael’s Gourmet BBQ Sauce to dip the potatoes!
